Refund Policy
If your balloon or box doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it with all items for a refund of half the purchase cost. Additionally, we offer a free re-make of the balloon if needed. Please note, there is a mandatory 24-hour return/refund policy in place. Thank you for understanding!
Instructions
Please handle balloons with care as they are made of latex or foil and can easily burst. When transporting, ensure you have adequate space of at least 2 feet wide and 36 inches in height to prevent any damage. Always prioritize safety to keep the balloons intact during transit. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
